Cynthia Greenwood

Cynthia Greenwood is a 30-year veteran of the communications field with capabilities in media placement, special events promotions and writing. Her strengths include not-for-profit and big-agency experience, local and national print and broadcast placement, and efficient delivery of quality results to clients and the media.
She has managed long-term assignments with the Chicago Botanic Garden (where she won several Gold and Silver Trumpets from the Publicity Club of Chicago), Learning Curve International and Opportunity International. Cynthia has worked on the Housewares Show public relations team for 20 years, contributing to 130 million consumer impressions in 2006 alone.
An independent media placement strategist since July 1982, Cynthia has successfully completed hundreds of major assignments for such clients as the American Medical Association, Burson-Marsteller, Hill & Knowlton, Daniel J. Edelman, Bozell Inc., Golin-Harris, Cramer/Krasselt, Ketchum, Cohn & Wolfe, and the American Library Association. Assignments have included multi-market media tours for Pillsbury, Purina, Sunmaid, Culligan, Everready, NutraSweet, Equal, Procter & Gamble, Lipton, Reddi-Wip, Quaker, ITW and Kraft Foods.
