Marketing Communications Senior Associate
Beth Burdin provides clients with attention-getting marketing and public relations strategies, significantly extending their reach in the marketplace. Her 25-year career as an integrated marketing specialist has included the successful execution of identity development, sales collateral, promotion, advertising, direct mail, e-communications, special events, trade show support, public relations, point-of-sale, packaging, premiums and consumer sweepstakes programs. Clients including Citicorp, Chicago Tribune, Nestle, Sony and Whirlpool have tapped Beth to develop innovative ideas and ensure their communications efforts are unified and well-orchestrated.
Beth has applied her expertise pro-bono to Chicago’s Around The Coyote Arts Festival. She has been active with the Park District of Oak Park for three years, serving on the Recreational Historic Stewardship Committee and the Park District Citizens Committee. She is also a founder and Chair of the Greening Advisory Committee, a group which steers the Park District of Oak Park’s environmental initiatives. Beth was lead author of the PDOP’s first Environmental Policy, which offers guidelines for greening operations, the planning and maintenance of naturalized areas and the formation of a volunteer park stewardship program. The Park District of Oak Park presented Beth with their 2008 Community Service Award for her personal contributions.
