NFPA World Safety Conference Coverage
Thursday, June 5th, 2008ROC Exhibitions, Inc. recently held its 2008 NFPA World Safety Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, which received significant articles and calendar listings in 46 trade publications including Las Vegas Business Press and Exhibitor’s Daily. The latter features an article on the conference’s spotlighting of evacuation procedures - particularly in regards to equal access for the disabled. Click here to view the article. There was coverage by both the Univision and Telemundo Las Vegas affiliates as well as the local news-talk station, KDWN-AM, featuring interviews and exhibit floor overviews. Some other coverage includes articles and blogs by Security Systems News and Security Management Magazine. Also a listing appeared in the “Executive Calendar” in the June 2, 2008 issue of Las Vegas Business Press.
The event ran from June 2 to June 5, 2008 at the Mandalay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 5,000 industry professionals attended the expo presented by NFPA (www.nfpa.org/wsce) and ROC Exhibitions, Inc.
